Project Objective
The Concrete Structure Project of Ansar Township is being carried out with the aim of creating a modern, durable, and resilient structure to meet residential needs. From an engineering perspective, this project seeks to improve the quality of construction infrastructure and elevate execution standards in the building industry. Emphasis on using up-to-date technologies in every phase of implementation—from foundation preparation and reinforcement to roof completion—ensures that the final structure will not only offer high strength but also effectively respond to environmental changes and applied loads.
Project Description
1. Procurement of Materials: In this phase, high-quality and durable materials compliant with hospital standards were selected. Materials used for walls and flooring featured disinfectable properties to uphold hygiene protocols. The design of various hospital sections also followed medical architectural standards.
2. Completion of Architectural Work: This phase involved wall construction and finishing, installation of durable and slip-resistant flooring, implementation of suitable ceilings, and the setup of specialized areas such as operating rooms, laboratories, inpatient wards, and intensive care units. The spaces were designed based on ergonomic principles to ensure comfort for both patients and staff.
3. Implementation of Mechanical Systems: Critical mechanical systems—including air conditioning, centralized heating and cooling, medical water supply, and wastewater disposal—were installed using modern technologies. The design prioritized both performance and energy efficiency.
4. Implementation of Electrical Systems: The hospital’s electrical infrastructure included indoor and outdoor lighting, emergency power systems, and provision of electricity for advanced medical equipment. This phase emphasized energy-saving strategies and safety compliance.
