Project Objective
The main objective of this project was to complete the commercial building using the latest construction technologies while adhering to national and international standards. The purpose of implementing this operation was to create a resilient and modern structure that meets the functional, aesthetic, and durability needs of owners and users. With a focus on providing a safe, efficient, and up-to-date environment, this project contributed to strengthening the urban and economic infrastructure of the region.
Project Description
1. Finishing Works: At this stage, all walls and ceilings were covered using high-quality materials. The work included plastering, painting, installation of durable wall coverings, and premium flooring. Attention to detail in interior design optimized both the aesthetics and functionality of the spaces.
2. Mechanical and Electrical Installations: The installation and commissioning of mechanical and electrical systems were among the key components of the project. This included heating and cooling systems, air conditioning, water supply and sewage installations, as well as interior and exterior lighting. These systems were designed and executed in accordance with principles of energy efficiency and environmental sustainability.
