The significance of this peripheral dike lies in creating a balance between the preservation of natural resources and regional sustainable development. The primary objectives have been to control water flow, reduce flood risks, and maintain the ecological integrity surrounding the lake
Project Description
1- Material Procurement: In this phase, the project team selected and procured high-quality, durable materials. The materials used were specifically suited for the construction of hydraulic structures, capable of withstanding water pressure and environmental changes.
2- Peripheral Dike Construction: The execution of this 700-meter operation required precise excavation and proper compaction. The dike wall was then constructed using advanced technologies and in accordance with hydraulic engineering principles. The dike was designed to resist the pressures caused by intense water flows.
